Pack Your Items
Ensure all products are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached and placed securely inside the original SKINARMA packaging.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
